Our intention is to always deliver the best customer service possible and ensure your deliveries arrive quickly and correct. However, like anyone, things can happen or mistakes made that mean our high standards aren’t met and you aren’t entirely satisfied. If that is the case then let us know and we’ll do everything that we can to rectify it.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days and are sent free of charge provided your order is over £100.
If the minimum requirement for free delivery is not met a delivery charge is applied according to weight of the entire package:
Up to 2kg - £3.99
Up to 5kg – £5.99
Up to 10kg - £7.99
We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use both Royal Mail and courier services for the majority of our consignments.
Orders received before 1pm will normally be dispatched on the same day and the following day for all other orders. Orders placed on Friday (including Saturday and Sunday) will dispatch on the Monday.
Non Mainland UK:
Orders are shipped within 3 working days. Unfortunately, free delivery to non-mainland UK destinations is not available. Our standard delivery charges above do not apply to non-mainland UK addresses, so if you live in non-mainland UK please contact us before placing an order, so that we can find the best delivery rate for you.
Non-mainland UK postcodes include, but not exclusively:
BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20, PA22, PA34, PA37, PA41-PA44, PA49, PA60-PA61, PA65, PA73, PA75-PA78, PH42-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE.

If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return items for a refund you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Goods should be returned to our premises, at your own expense and in the original condition (UNUSED), within 28 days from the date of delivery. Following receipt and satisfactory inspection of the goods we will be happy to arrange a full refund, less any return delivery collection charges.
To arrange a return please let us know, in writing, giving the reason for the return.
